This page details the Terms and Conditions for the site visitors so that they are aware of the terms for using our services offered through this website. In these listed Terms, the words ‘we’, ‘our’ and ‘us’ will be used for Assignment Writing UK whereas the words ‘you’ will be used to refer to the site visitor.

Criteria of Eligibility
In order to avail our service, you must be of legal age and older which is 18 years. We shall require you to submit identification proving that you are of legal age indeed. If you are younger than 18, then we shall require you to submit consent signed by a parent or guardian, otherwise we hold the right to refuse provision of services.
Usage of Our Services
We are providing services ranging from assignment research, writing, editing and consultancy. Our provided papers are intended for the sole usage of the client who has purchased them, and cannot be resold, reproduced, redistributed or used for commercial purposes.
Order Placement and Cancellation
Orders are placed through the Order Form or through contacting our Customer Support Team. Confirmation is done via email, and you are urged to discuss your payment methods during the Order Placement only. Only after the payment is done, will the assignment be sent for writing.
Order Cancellation should be done within 24 hours of the Order Placement for receiving full refund. Bank charges and transfer time will still apply.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Any theft or damage occurring to your PC while you are browsing our website
- Delay in delivery of the paper due to inaccurate information
- Failure on an assignment or receiving a failing grade on an assignment
Refund Policy
Requests for Refunds are entertained as well as Assignment Writing UK subject to a few terms. We offer full or partial refunds depending on the scenarios such as if the client:
- Cancels the order within 24 hours of the order placement
- Provides us proof that they received a failing grade on our provided assignment
- Has not availed our facility for free revisions of the assignment
In circumstances where the client requests for refund on account of order cancellation, the regular time will be taken in the transfer and bank charges will still be applicable.
Revision Policy
We take care in facilitating our customers in the best way possible, which is why we offer a provision for free revisions provided that the client:
- Requests for the revision within 14 days of the delivery of the assignment
- Provides us substantial evidence proving that the assignment does not comply with the requirements given
- Does not ask for revision which is completely different from the initial communicated requirements
